Data Sovereignty: Our desktop utilities (like Mimic) are local-first. Your clipboard and personal data remain solely on your machine.
Fair & Respectful Use: You agree not to reverse-engineer for malicious exploitation, distribute spam, or attack our servers.
Software As-Is: We build with high engineering precision, but applications are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime.
Studio Ownership: Haryanvi Hustler retains copyright over our code, logos, and product designs; you retain 100% ownership over your content.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

Welcome to Haryanvi Hustler ("we," "our," or "the Studio"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("User" or "you"), and Haryanvi Hustler, concerning your access to and use of haryanvihustler.com and any related software products, including desktop tools (e.g., Mimic Clipboard) and web applications (e.g., AsliRent).

By accessing our web platforms, downloading our desktop installers, or interacting with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

Eligibility: You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

2. Software Licensing & Scope of Use (EULA)

Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, Haryanvi Hustler grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and execute our software products strictly for personal, non-commercial, or internal business operations.

Desktop Utilities (e.g., Mimic)

  • Local-First Architecture: Mimic is engineered to process and cache clipboard items directly within your local system storage. You have full control over the local database and retention policies.
  • No Malicious Modification: You may not modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble binary distributions of our software, except to the extent permitted by mandatory statutory law.
  • Redistribution Restrictions: You may not sell, sublicense, lease, or commercially bundle our binaries without prior written authorization from Haryanvi Hustler.

Web Applications & Cloud Services (e.g., AsliRent)

Access to our online platforms is granted through authorized web interfaces. Automated scraping, headless bot extraction, or rate-limit circumvention against our API endpoints is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.

3. User Accounts, Credentials & Security

Where an application or platform requires registration, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and authentication tokens.
  • Notify us immediately at info@haryanvihustler.com if you discover or suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are solely responsible for all activities and transactions that occur under your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false details or breach community security.

4. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibitions

You may use our software only for lawful purposes. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

  • Infrastructure Attacks: Introducing malware, viruses, trojans, worms, or executing Denial-of-Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against our servers, APIs, or networks.
  • Security Probing: Scanning, testing, or probing the vulnerabilities of our infrastructure or bypassing authentication safeguards without permission.
  • Infringement: Uploading or processing content that violates any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret rights.
  • Harassment & Spam: Transmitting unsolicited bulk communications, abusive feedback, or deceptive impersonation.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all digital assets, including website design, HTML/CSS/JavaScript code, backend algorithms, application interfaces, brand logos (including the Haryanvi Hustler emblem), and product names (such as Mimic and AsliRent) are the exclusive intellectual property of Haryanvi Hustler and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.

Nothing in these Terms conveys any ownership interest to you. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Haryanvi Hustler.

6. Privacy & Data Rights

Your privacy is of paramount importance to us. How we collect, store, and process data is governed by our comprehensive Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy, including our local-first storage philosophy and strict zero data-selling policy.

7. Third-Party Integrations & Links

Our platforms or software may contain links to third-party websites, APIs, or open-source libraries that are not owned or controlled by Haryanvi Hustler. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that Haryanvi Hustler shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such third-party content.

8. Warranty Disclaimers ("As-Is" Provision)

IMPORTANT: ALL SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS, PLATFORMS, DOCUMENTATION, AND DIGITAL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, HARYANVI HUSTLER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • Warranties that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of bugs or harmful components.
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or outputs generated.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HARYANVI HUSTLER, ITS FOUNDERS, DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
  • System downtime, device corruption, data loss, or business interruption arising out of the use of or inability to use our software.

IN ALL CASES, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF HARYANVI HUSTLER FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SOFTWARE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR ₹500 INR / $10 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Haryanvi Hustler, its contractors, licensors, and developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the software, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of our platforms and software shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located within the state of Haryana, India, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12. Modifications & Legal Inquiries

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When revisions are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of our platforms after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
